Yukiddinme can you please provide a bit more details regarding your inquiry?  It appears you have purchased something but are having difficulty obtaining it?

I have photoshop elements 10/premiere 10 combo. Premiere 10 loads, says successfully, but there is no trace in programs or any icon, i.e. no trace at all. The program did not call for the licence number during installation. Hugely disappointed and frustrated.

dont be upset......i dont know what was going in mind when i wrote this,,,,i must have known that you have tried installinh it again.

I mean installing it from a new user account, and can we know the operating system you are on.

Sometimes the installation progress goes to fast and the program doesn't get installed properly because of permission issues.

After a break from mind numbing attempts to load Adobe software, I have created another account, uninstalled and reinstalled with the same result. Content loaded 'successfully' but no licence number requested and no sign of a useable program. How many hours of frustration does it take successfully to load Adobe software?

For most people it takes those 15 minutes required to install the software and then it works. Sorry it doesn't for you. Perhaps this may help: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/858/cpsid_85843.html

What backup? You need to be more specific. Everything else is just a pointless rant...

Still no resolution. Problem is, installation 'completes' without asking for licence number - then is invisible. No error codes. This is a new computer and this is the first DVD based software loading attempt apart from the successful loading of Photoshop Elements 10.
