31.12.2017 I was paid for Creative Cloud single-app membership for XD (month-to-month). Few days later, I decide to cancel my subscription, but I can not do to this day, although was promised a refund if I cancel the subscription within 14 days. Still manage subscription in the personal Cabinet is not available - The ability to control the plan will be available soon. Сhat with support is closed. The phone number is not responding. Access to the website Digital River either, as a password when ordering were not sent, and the password on the website letters comes.
It all seems like fraud and I will have to make an effort to get more people soon learned about it.

I see this picture above 10 days. I used Firefox and IE on Windows 10 and Windows 7. I tryed English and Russian pages. And I called 2 days to 800 333 50 62 and nobody answered.

I understand your frustration, but there is really not much we can do here... We are regular users - just like you.
The only way to let Adobe know directly is via the available Support channels.
