How can I change my payment option from credit card to bank debit?

I can only edit my credit card details but I can't switch to another payment option (debit or PayPal). How can I do this? In the german help section I can see that you support both options for Germany (Adobe Store | Häufig gestellte Fragen zu Online-Bestellungen und -Zahlung).

Hi,

You will not be able to change your billing information from CC/DC to paypal or vice versa.

You will have to cancel your subscription and purchase a new subscription .
