ok this is really annoiyng! I have no problems with changing the language of the apps, but I can't change the language of the creative cloud desktop app. why is it so complicated??

Thank you for the feedback Mchlbrln. Can you help me better understand why the Creative applications would be in one language and the rest of the computers operating system in a different language?
Previously my understanding was individuals would want another language because they were trained to use Adobe applications in that language.

Mchlbrln the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application is tied to the language setting for your operating system. If you adjust the operating system setting then you can utilize the Creative Cloud desktop app in that language.

hi, thank you, I change the language of my Windows and then it worked, but it's a big step only to install the CC desktop application in other language. It seems to me the language of the app should be the same as the language I use on the Adobe website. And I'm not surer why isn't it possible to just change the language before installing, I mean it is possible for all the apps to change the language just with one click, so maybe it would be useful to make it possible also for the CC desktop app?

Hello Jeff,
sure.
I'm Polish, but I've been using Adobe programs in English since the beginning. I work in a German company on their workstation with German Windows 10 installed. Since I only work there part time, other people use the workstation when I'm not there and they speak and use mostly German in their work. So it makes sense for them to stay with the German Windows version (also some of licences for Windows are only for one language and can't be changed). But I asked the company to install all the Video programs in English, because it's much easier for me, and although my German is better than my English, I don't want to change to German interface, because I'm so familiar with the English one. Sure, it's not the end of the world, but still, it is a little bit confusing, when CC desktop app is in other language the all the apps I'm using. Also I actually prefer to use German language for everything else I'm using my computer for (both in my work and private) and I feel a little bit forced to completely switch to English. so the possibility to choose the language version would be very nice:-)
But what is even worse is the Adobe website. Am I assuming it right, that the language on it is also the same as the language of the operating system? I changed my Windows from German to English and the website is and stays in English, but before that it was always in German and it didn't help that I changed the region and the language to the US and English. After refreshing it went back to German. This was extremely annoying.

If the customer needs the creative cloud client in a specific language , and this is not the windows language, please make it happens!
It seems every piece of software can do it, why is this a problem for Adobe!
I am really frustrated!
