I install but error this code what can i do.Please help.

• Adobe software title and version : Photoshop CC
• Operating system : windows professional 7
• Relevant hardware : 16GB
• Third-party software in use : none
• What you did, what steps you took, what happened at what moment, and what you did to try to resolve it : I install and Run as administrator
• I log in computer Administrator account
