Dear Sir/Madam
I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements and Adobe Premiere Elements 15 I tried to install to my latest laptop with windows 10 from email but unable to do so.
I would like to send me disk as I also have desktop no internet connection .
I been customer for several years and always had disk can you arrange to send me disk .

When you ask a question you need to provide some basic information

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?
What is the exact error message that you see?
Adobe does not provide discs... if you can't install, do a return and buy from a vendor like Amazon to get a disc

I will be happy to return I spend a lot of time and can't download at least with the disk I had no problems in the past .
Please refund £80.05 back to my credit card and I will buy in my local Currys store .

John. I spoke to someone during the working times dead end agent wasn't very helpful that if l know that l was buying without disk l would not spend my money. That's why l need to get refund and start all over again. Please let me know how do l request and who to contact. Thank you in advance. Mrs Jachec.
