How come I could not buy the Creative Cloud in Hong Kong?

I'm a Hong Kong guy want to buy the Adobe Creative Cloud personal's plan from the web. However, when I processed the product selection procedure in the Adobe web page, a error came out and noted me "Sorry we can not process your request because We're not provide the CC service in your country (China and Hong Kong)". I have questions, 1. Is Hong Kong a restrict area for the Creative Cloud Service? 2. Do I have any way can be bought the CC?

Hi Ryan_Chu,

in some countries, Adobe might not be able to sell their 'Creative Cloud' directly via the official Adobe website.

That's where Resellers step in. Check at which store you can buy Adobe's 'Creative Cloud' with the link that
John T Smith kindly provided above.

However, the Availability list says that you should be able to buy the 'Creative Cloud' through Adobe's website!
Did you (accidentally?) wanted to buy 'Creative Cloud for teams'?
