How do I activate Creative Cloud on a new computer, without having access to the previous one?

I just swapped my hard drive and need to reinstall all my software. How do I get to reinstall my Creative Cloud? I still have the key, but it won't let me use it. I only had it installed on my previous hard drive, so I still have to be able to use another one, right?

Yes, but as I said it won't let me download it! I can't access my old computer anymore (the hard drive was corrupted), so I can't deauthorize it.
