I have just put my license number on but Lr 3 doesn't load up, what is the problem?

Hi khosrowe,
What OS version are you running? LR3 is 6 years old, wasn't designed or tested on today's OS, and many new versions have come out since. If you're running a newer machine, you should consider upgrading to the current version.
