How do I cancel free trial when after the 30 day period?

New Here ,
Dec 04, 2017 Dec 04, 2017

I downloaded Lightroom CC and am currently on the 30 day free trial but I was wondering where I could go to cancel it when the 30 days is up? I went to account but I don't see it under my plans and products.

Hi Eddie,

Trial from Adobe does not need to be canceled. It expires automatically. Once the trial expires and you don't wish to purchase the software, you may uninstall the Creative Cloud applications from your machine.

Please use this link for uninstallation: Uninstall or remove Creative Cloud apps.

Feel free to update the thread for more questions.

Thanks

Kanika

hello, a while ago i got a 7 day free trial for all adobe apps. I did not know that I would be charged after the trial so i didn't cancel it before it ended and now i'm being charged 52 dollars and i do not know how to fix it. Is there a way I can cancel it without paying? Also, what happens after adobe deactivates my account?

(i'm sorry to be a bother i only wanted to download after effects i didn't know what i was doing that was my first time doing a free trial i'm still young and learning.)

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you buy a subscription... https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html

This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

If you only have the trial, then it will end itself after the 30 days...  If you happened to provide some payment information, then you might want to check out the following...

How to cancel your Adobe Creative Cloud plan or membership

Contact Support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat or phone option...

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it continues to fail try using a different browser.
