How do I contact someone at Adobe support? I purchased an Add-on that doesn't work. I followed all of the troubleshooting suggestions and still no luck. The website for the Add-on creator isn't working anymore so they aren't any help either. Can someone tell me how to either call Adobe or get on a chat with a real person - and don't suggest I check the forums because I've had no luck there either.
