How do I deactivate Acrobat XI pro?

There is no deactivate option in the help menu only product registration...

The chat option doesn't work unfortunately, I don't think we have that support on our package. if we have used a volume license will unistalling the software and then reinstalling it on a different machine work?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and the key isn't working...I have it in trial mode at the moment. Any ideas?
