How do I disable my library with new creative cloud update

Hello, I updated Creative Cloud and now this pops up (image below) when I click the icon. What I want to know is how do I disable automatic syncing to my library? It used to be in preferences and you can turn it off there but where can I do that in this new layout...

You can pause the syncing from here, not sure if there's a way to disable it
