How do I download/install Lightroom 5 when I have already bought the product by itself?

I have bought Lightroom 5 by itself (not as part of a plan or subscription) in 2014 and have used it since. Now I have a new laptop and would like to install Lightroom on it.

I have looked through the website and I can't seem to find a download link for this product that I already own.

Could someone show me where to go?
