How do I fix my Lightroom 6?? PLEASE HELP!

Hey Guys! I just bought & installed Lightroom 6 for my computer. It's a Windows program computer, so no Mac. My Lightroom 6 program is not part of the Adobe CC series. I purchased it as it's own disc from B&H. The program was working fine for 2-3 days, until out of nowhere, it said the program needed to be uninstalled & reinstalled to work... (Mind you I also have Lightroom 4 installed on my computer as well which works perfectly finel). I tried right-clicking on my Lightroom 6 program and running it as the Administrator (from what I researched on Google) & that worked for 1 time... When I closed it out & tried again the next day, it would no longer allow me to access my Lightroom 6.

A screen popped up saying the Adobe Application Manager I had was somehow uninstalled & would need to be reinstalled for my Lightroom 6 to work again. It provided the link to reinstall the Adobe App Manager files. I clicked on the link & reinstalled the new Adobe App Manager files & now my Lightoom 6 is STILL NOT opening & everytime I go to click onto the newly installed Adobe Application Manager tab on my desktop, it pops up for a few seconds & will turn into a gray screen that "locks up" once I enter my password to log in.

I have NO idea why this is giving my such a hard time. I previously had Lightoom CC but that too was giving me troubles & I had to cancel my subscription. I have photos I need to finish from a portrait session in my Lightroom 6 program that were shot in RAW (my Lightroom 4 program is not compatiable with my camera's RAW files) so any help on this topic ASAP would be AWESOME!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!! Thank you to anyone who can!!!
