How do I fix the Download Assistant if it is misconfigured? i am trying to download a free trial of Indesign CS6.

Can you please provide the Screen Shot of the error message and the Operating system details ?

You can uninstall Adobe Download Assistant from

1) Windows :- Add/remove program in the Control Panel

2) Mac         :- Navigate to Applications Folder and Drag the Adobe Download Assistant icon in Trash.

Start over again with the download of Trial.
