How do I get an authorization code for my Adobe CS3?

I had some work done on my laptop and when I opened CS3 Photoshop I received a message saying I needed to reactivate.  I have the serial number, the activations number the activation type.  How can I get the Authorization Code?

The phone activation is no longer an option and Adobe chat referred me here.
