How do I get Creative Cloud onto my iPad Pro and sync?

I have the Creative Cloud photography plan on a Windows PC which I'm now trying unsuccessfully to install on my iPad Pro having deactivated and uninstalled it from the PC and run the Cleaner Tool to ensure its removal.

Upon logging onto the iPad with my Adobe ID it recognises the Photoshop and Lightroom plan and gives the option of downloading them from a list of products. However when trying to download them it redirects me to a page which says (Since Photoshop is a desktop app, you'll need to get a trial download link on your desktop) with a link to send to my email.

What am I doing wrong and how do I resolve this issue? I've installed the Creative Cloud app but cannot find any way of syncing it with my Photoshop work.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Kevin

You're aware the since the iPad Pro runs the iOS mobile operating system, it cannot run the desktop software apps such as Photoshop and Illustrator which require the OS X or macOS operating systems?

Adobe offers mobile apps for the iOS operating system as part of your Cloud membership.
