how do i get my just bought upgrade for elements 8 to 13 to download?

I just bought upgrade for elements 8 to 13 and it didnt download.  How do i get any help?

You can go to this link to download Photoshop Elements:  13

On Mac OS, there is one .dmg file. On Windows, there is an .exe file and possibly a .7z file.

Download both files to the same folder (if there are 2) and Start the Exe file to begin installation
