How do I get past error(20) when installing CS5.5 Master Collection?

When installing CS5.5 Master collection, I get error(20). It says to reboot and I have and I've run CS Cleaner tool but no luck.

Hi Brade70291229,

Hopefully you have now successfully installed CS5.5 Master Collection. If not, are you trying to install via transfer? Adobe programs typically do not migrate well. Try instead downloading the programs directly, and then activating with your serial number: Download Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 products.

If this doesn't address the error and you continue to experience issues, please post reply.

Turns out I just needed to re-download the files and everything worked for the install.

I had the files saved to a network backup and tried to install using them. I'd done it a couple times before but I suppose they were corrupted or something changed on the Adobe licensing side since my last install.

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems
