Hi Steelers,
Please rename the hosts file to hosts.old
Below is the location of hosts file
Windows: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Mac: Open the finder window click on go and choose go to folder and type /etc and press enter
Rename the hosts file.
Then try to launch creative cloud again and try,
