How do I get the creative cloud icon to appear in my menu bar again?

I had to do a massive reboot to and clean-up my computer and had to basically set-up my desktop from scratch. I am almost done, but cant seem to find out how to get the creative cloud icon to appear in my menu bar again. The creative cloud icon that contains update informations, downloads, preferences, etc.

Can anyone help me out here?

I used to go into the Creative Cloud web browser and just start a Photoshop app download, then it would magically pop up in my menu bar. But, now it just starts the down load in my "downloads" and i never see the icon show up. Did something change?
