10.10 is a very old OS.  Looking at the Mac system requirements you should be able to upgrade to Mac OS 11 with that system which would allow you to run most programs like Photoshop in their current version.  When it comes to video editing you may be stretching the capabilities and may want to head over to https://prodesigntools.com and find an older CC version of Premiere.

LATEST

Yosemite is long since unsupported. You should be able to install Big Sur which Adobe still supports.
