How do I install Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4 on a new PC?

Hi - I want to install this program/app, which I bought 5 years ago, on my new computer. However, when I look for the product I only discover other product names. I never arrive at the page where I can activate my licensed Lightroom software. I have signed out of my Adobe ID account on my old PC, but it does not bring me further. I am grateful for help.
