Photoshop originally installed to my C:/ drive.  I have no more space there and need to move all of my Adobe CC to my D:/ drive.  How to I install all future apps to my D:/ drive?  There is no option to change the location.

Hi,

Please check the FAQ section of this link : Download and install Adobe Creative Cloud apps

NOTE: We would suggest you to install application on the primary drive however you can configure the installation destination from within the Creative Cloud app preferences. Please be aware that there will still be shared resources stored to your primary drive.  In addition during the install process temporary files will also be created on your primary drive.

The install location of Adobe Creative cloud desktop app will remain the default O.S drive and that cannot be changed.

**** If you have already installed Photoshop you'll have to uninstall it and then make the location changes in Creative Cloud Desktop app after that reboot the machine and now install Photoshop Again and it should install on you new location selected.

Let us know if this helps.

Regards,

Bani

Thank you Bani.  I did this and Photoshop installed to the correct location but then I tried installing Illustrator and it tried to install to my C:/ drive, where I have no more space.  Any additional suggestions?

Hello Theresa,

You're welcome.

Please check in the Creative cloud app if the default location is C:/ again ?

Also please try installing some other apps and check and then let me know.

Regards,

Bani
