How do I install Creative Cloud when I am subscribed?

The only way I see to download the program is to resubscribe when I am already subscribed. Where is a download without all that requiring financial information when they already have that information?

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
