how do I install PSE 10 on my new laptop?

PSE 10 is not on Adobe website, I have it on my old laptop and would like to have it on my new. I got product key and paid for the download version ... where do i find it now?

    It tells me I do not have permission do open/download Adobe PSE 10, file 1 or file 2.

    Jerry please complete the Very Important Instructions on the page Kglad offered to you in message #1 prior to scrolling down and clicking on the download links.  If you have not completed these instructions and just scroll down and click on the download link then you will get the message that Access is Denied.
