how do I install PSE 10 on my new laptop?

PSE 10 is not on Adobe website, I have it on my old laptop and would like to have it on my new. I got product key and paid for the download version ... where do i find it now?

    Hello:

    It tells me I do not have permission do open/download Adobe PSE 10, file 1 or file 2.

    I start the download and get this message:

    This application cannot be installed because this installer has been mis-configured. Please contact the application author for assistance.

    That message is often linked to Adobe AIR http://forums.adobe.com/thread/847107

    Try re-installing Adobe AIR

    http://get.adobe.com/air/


    Hello, I have reinstalled Adobe AIR. When it finished, I click on the download link and got exactly the same message.

    It does not work.
