How do I reinstall Photoshop CC?

Hallo

I have a 64bits windows computer and had photshopcc,it worked well.

Then at a moment my computer crashed and my windows is reinstalled and

since that time i can't use my photoshopcc but a pay monthly a amount for it.

Can anybody help me?

Download/install the desktop application, sign in, install the subscription application(s).
