how do I reinstall photoshop

I had the latest version from a download at my adobe account but when I run the installer it runs and then noting happens not CC but I think CS6

PS I just had a new hard drive installed -I have Windows 7

    Please help I have both files and still no install!!


    The executable program should extract the other file "Photoshop_13_LS16.7z"  into a folder "Adobe CS6" or you can use 7Zip to extract the file. Then in the "Adobe CS6" you will find a "Set-up.exe" to install CS6 you will need your CS6 serial number during the install.

    Hi thill,

    First, you need to download the Creative Cloud Desktop app, Sign In to it >> Go to App Section >> Install Photoshop.
