How do I transfer Illustrator from one computer to a new one

We purchased Illustrator licence in our company but want to transfer it from one laptop to a new laptop. How do I do this?

Which version of Illustrator?

Which operating system?

If it's a non-Cloud version, you download the installer from https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install.html , install then enter your serial number.

If it's a Cloud version, you sign into your Adobe account, download the Cloud desktop app then download the installer.

If it's a Creative Cloud for Teams version then different steps apply again.
