I downloaded Creative Cloud a while ago to use the free trial. Ever since, it has just been sitting on my drive, taking up space. I have tried to uninstall it many times, but all the apps (Desktop Manager, Core Sync, etc, etc) are still on my mac. However I cannot open them, but when I go into my storage settings I can see that they are still taking up space. The Uninstaller App also appears in my files, but when I go to open it a pop-up says something like "this app cannot be opened because it does not have any content".
I have just been to a Reddit thread where they were saying to use the Creative Cloud cleaner tool, which I have run twice, and everything is still there.
I am literally going through hell to get this stuff off my computer - I had no idea it was going to be this hard. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Just went to uninstall by clicking the first link, and it takes me to the desktop app, but I cannot find any of the installed apps. I cannot follow the instructions because the desktop app does not show that cc is installed.
As you can see in the attached photos, no apps show in the desktop app but there are several cc apps on my computer.

I have also tried to just delete the files directly from my storage in my settings (moving them to trash), but every time I try that, a pop-up says "this file cannot be moved to trash because the file is open", even though it is not open.
Is there a way to force uninstall it?

are the currently installed cc apps in the same location as the cc desktop app preference file setting>?

Sorry, I might not have been very clear at the start. I don't think I have any Adobe apps currently installed (like photoshop for example), but I do, however, still have cc and all of the other files (like cc diagnostics, cc core sync, cc content manager, and more) that I wan't to completely remove from my macbook as I will no longer be using them.
How can I get these files off of my macbook.

then just skip the first step above. it doesn't apply to you. or:
then uninstall the cc desktop app using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
