How do I uninstall the Gaming SDK?

For reasons, I want to completely uninstall the Gaming SDK. I see there is a file in my program files named "Adobe Gaming SDK 1.4". Should this simply be deleted? I just thought to ask this question and didn't put much effort into writing it, but can someone help me. Thanks.
