How do I upgrade from Contribute 3 to Contribute 4?

I mistakenly purhcased the upgrade to the latest Contribute. But it will only let me upgrade from Contribute 4 or newer; and I have version 3. So I really need some help please to find out how to get from 3 to 4.

Any help is really appreciated as no matter how hard I try I cannot reach Adobe support. But they made it really easy for me to pay, funnily ehough.

It seems you bought an upgrade without having a prior qualifying version.

In this case you need to contact customer service and cancel the current order and place a new order for the full retail version of Contribute 6.5

Contribute 3 and 4 are very older versions of the software and are no longer available for sale.
