how do you install photoshop elements 8 on new PC?

Got a new PC would like to install photo shop 8, but it keeps stating to restart PC when I click on the files of photo shop 8.

How do I install 8 on new PC????

What files? Photoshop 8? Do you meen CS?

Photo shop elements 8, had it installed on my old PC.

But I cannot find my reg. numbers or can I get it to work on my new PC.

Have installed all the files, but when I click on photoshop elements 8  I get error code 148.3

restart your PC and after it happens again "restart" and it states to contact support

You can find your serial under your account page at creative.adobe.com. ("Products" link.)

As for Elements 8, that's a bit old so if you're installing on something like Windows 8.1 your mileage may vary.
