How does reselling a CC subscription generally work?

I live in a country where it's impossible to purchase a CC subscription directly from Adobe, so the only option is to do so through a reseller. Unfortunately, after looking at all these so-called "Platinum", "Gold" and "Certified Resellers", I'm not super confident whether I could do it at all, given that all of their websites are ancient, non-secure, cluttered, with horrific search options (I had to use Google to see if they really sell Adobe CC subscriptions at all), and with no non-suspicious-looking information on pricing and delivery and whatnot. But even if I decide to overlook all that, I'm still confused on how all this reselling works, because, again, websites from those resellers aren't very helpful at all.

So in general, how does reselling CC subscriptions work anyway? Do resellers generally set up shop overseas to get buyers IDs from countries where you can simply get subscriptions directly from Adobe? If so, how do software updating, renewals and cancellations generally work? When I pay the monthly fee, do I pay the resellers, or Adobe, even if I had an ID? Would the subscription function properly with online services such as syncing with Adobe Stock and Adobe Fonts?

Also, after looking at options from the resellers, I noticed there were only an Education license, a Team license and an Enterprise license, but no individual licenses. I'd like to buy a commercial, non-education license for a single user, but is that even possible?
