How EXACTLY do I remove a Photoshop CC2017 extension in Creative Cloud?

Question

I'm a reasonably intelligent person. I'm a reasonably calm person. But I am at my wit's end trying to simply uninstall a Photoshop Cc 2017 extension. I'm trying to troubleshoot really long load times (and resource freezes) when loading PS. I'm thinking the culprits are a couple of extensions I have installed. Searching Creative Cloud and google in general return results for using Extension Manager.

I have been going through this exact same thing and I feel your pain! I am going to call Adobe support to help me get rid of it!

Adobe's Extension Manager ended with CC.

I personally use the free EMs from DMX Zone or Project Seven.
