How long should my refund take?

I forgot to cancel my trial before it charged me at the end of the week. I was charged the $56.30 on 8/13/17 and cancelled it on 8/14/18 but have still not yet received my refund (as of today 8/18/18). I was wondering how long i should expect this to take or if there is another issue going on that I need to call about.

When processed, refunds might take up to 5-7 business working days to get back to your account (source​).

If you don't get your refund at the end of next week, you should get in touch with Customer Care.
