How may i sbmit elegibility proof

I purchased Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition. The software is'nt activated.

I chatted with an assistent that. He suggested to me to login when trial dialog pops up, but it asks me a serial number.

I checked my order status on adobe site an it says:


Order number: #AD000982537EDEU

Order status: Awaiting eligibility document

but nobody tells me HOW submit elegibility document!

Help please.

Per the information you gave and as Jeff mentioned I would request you to confirm that you are indeed logged in with the same Adobe ID used to buy the subscription.
