Bet you've heard this before. Lost CS6 on an update to Windows 10. Have the disc for CS6 and reloaded, but sent the license number to the wrong Adobe account. When Adobe was hacked a couple years ago, I reentered my account with Adobe using a new email address. So I have two accounts, I guess, one using an older email address. When I reloaded CS6 I tried to register it on the new account, but there's no record of the first registration there. Dialed into the old account, and yes, there's the first registration of CS6, but when I tried to re-register CS6 it was rejected as already being registered. Meanwhile, I'm on a 30day trial from the newer Adobe account.
Talked to a chat tech, but he said there is no way to combine the two accounts and not to worry about the 30 day trial, just use CS6. I'm not so sure.
Do I need to scrap the reload of CS6, then reload to the old account? Sorry, I should have done this before reloading CS6 again.
Thanks for your time,

Please do review the list of licenses which are not eligible for transfer. If your Creative Suite 6 software is an education version, for example, then it can not be transferred.
