How to activate CS2 by phone with a full version?

Photoshop CS2 wants an activation by phone, I do not understand, I have bought a full version of photoshop and why now an acitvation code is needed !!!

Serial number : <serial number removed>

Activation number : [removed... Mod]

Activation type : Réparer 24: 24
