I've been working at this for a little minute, and finally found the answer. Adobe Customer Support was "helpful" in letting me know to come here and get my issue resolved because they already have our money and its and End of Life product.
CS6 tells me I'm not connected to the internet. Which I am.
- You must be running Mojave or Earlier.
- You must download another Browser. Safari and Chrome DO NOT work for this process. (I found success with Firefox). If you attempt the next steps in Safari or Chrome on Mojave you will be stuck in a endless cycle.
- Open your downloaded product. It will ask you to Activate the product.
- Click "No Internet Access" or whatever the terms for the similar are to access Offline Activation. It will provide you with a Code to enter on another Adobe website.
- Open Firefox
- Navigate to www.adobe.com/go/getactivated
- Enter Code Provided and Registered Product Serial Number
- The Offline Activation thing will generate a code to enter into the original Offline Activation within your CS app.
- Enter the code.
- Success!
If it worked, y'all can cash app me for this lol.... $juicemandmv

You sound like the experts on the phone at Adobe! "NOTHING NEW HERE"?
I've seen hundreds of questions asking the same thing. I've yet to see anyone mention trying a different browser.
Thanks for your input that wouldn't work!

if anyone reports a problem when switching to an online computer, they're routinely told to use a different updated, non-opera browser.
