how to cancel creative cloud membership

hi, i can't seem to find the 'cancel plan' button when I clicked on the 'manage plan' instead, it showed the picture above. So I wonder where is the cancel plan for the membership? please help me.Adobe Creative Cloud

The purchase was from Digital Adobe store for which you need to contact our support via Contact Customer Care

However the issue handled by Social team.
