How do I merge Adobe Elements 13 to Windows Photo Viewer on my computer? I downloaded the program from Amazon.com. My computer has 6.39 GB of memory after installation, and 2.00 GHz.

I installed PSE onto my computer, but can not open it. Currently, Windows Photo Viewer is the default program for pictures. How can I change that?
