how to change language in illustrator cc 2017 from French to English ?

when i install adobe illustrator cc 2017 i find it in french language
i try lot of time to change it to English but not change

i have windows 7  french
pleas i try lot of tips in YouTube but nothing happend 
and thank you

You need to uninstall Illustrator app which is install in French first.

Then change App language to English ( International ) in Adobe Creative Cloud and then re-install Illustrator app again .

Change the language setting of your Creative Cloud apps

WHAT? In photoshop I just went into the files and fixed it... you cant do the same with illustrator??

in illustrator cc2017 for mac you have to do this:

1. go to support files

2. got to AMT folder

3. click the AI folder

4. click the AMT folder

5. Delete all of the language file folders except the one you want

6. copy the language folder you need

7. paste it to these folders:

- resources (located in the support files folder)

- presets

- cool extras

8. whatever language that was in those folders before pasting the language you need, you will ned to delete it

This was great thank you! But now all the shortcuts to the tools are not working and have disappeared when you hover over any tool, also CMD+Z, sopped working too. Do you have any tips on how to fix that? Would reapply appreciate it! Thank you!!!!

I've managed to change the language without reinstalling following this video (in Spanish):

In my case, the Creative Cloud is already configured to install the apps in english, but it installs both english and system language (Portuguese) and the apps are launched in Portuguese. All I had to do was delete these Portuguese language folders on 4 folders inside the Illustrator installation folder:

- cool extras

- new document profiles

- presets

- resources
