I've just switched computers and cannot download my Creative Cloud apps on my new computer (should be able to download them on two computers). I tried calling the helpdesk but got hung up on. How do I contact Adobe in writing to get help?

You can write to Adobe at their head office in San Jose but that is not a way to get tech support. I'm sure after a month or two you'd get a letter thanking you and referring you back to the channels. You need to use the published ways to contact support: phone or chat. Or, you could describe your problem here: sometimes we can help, though we are just humble end users.

Okay. The chat doesn't work for some reason. I've tried many times the last two weeks.

My problem is, that I try installing the Creative Cloud installation program. I start the CC setup file and am then asked to login. But when I type my email-adress I get a message saying that the email isn't connected to an Adobe account. I can log in online though.

CapioFR, it is likely that the ability to chat is blocked by the organization that you work for. Since you have an individual membership, please make sure you have access to the servers and ports listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html.

For direct assistance, you can contact our chat support team at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html.  You will need to use a different browser, computer, smartphone, or tablet, to begin the interaction if you are unsuccessful in establishing a chat session on the current computer.
