During an installation of Windows 10 computer crashed. Now I have a new computer and my Photoshop and Premier programs are still activated. How can I deactivate them so I can reinstall it in the new computer? ( These two programs are active in my laptop.

Any advice will be appreciated.

No offense meant but I am having the same problem and this "solution" will not help at all.

The second step to deactivation at this link says: Launch the app.

If the computer has crashed and cannot be booted up then it's not possible to launch any app at all, not even the operating system that's needed to start the computer.
