How to download an already purchased Lightroom on new PC?

So, I have already Lightroom (purchased Dec 2013) downloaded on my old Windows PC. Now I would like to install it on my new one, but I cannot find anything about how that is possible. I accidently now downloaded another 30 day trail version, which was not my intention, but thought for a moment I had solved my problem. Not the case. I can see the Lightroom product under my account products and I have the serial number. But that seems to be how close I can get to install it on my computer. Anyone who knows what I can do to get my "old" Lightroom to work on my new PC?

It seems to be working. I wonder why I could not myself navigate to that link you send me.

I had to check if it was my own stupidity so I tried to follow each element of the link, but I am still not able to find what you did. So either I am just stupid or it is a mess to find even though it seems straightforward. But anyway, I think it works with your link.
