how to download cs4 design premium with a serial number

I have a CS4 design premium version with a serial number. Last laptop died and now I need to load it on a new pc running same platform, Windows. can't get the disks to work.

What do I need to do to install on my new computer?

You can also download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
