How to download CS5 update?

Question

Hi, I bought CS Design Premium 4 with free update to CS Design Premium 5. I wanted to reinstall it now but it seems that my serial number does not work with the regular CS Design Premium 5 version and I cannot find the "Update" version for that product.

How to solve that?

But I need to install CS4 before? Or I can install those versions directly without any serial number?
